Mr. Lakshman Perera who is the founder of Sanaska Intimates (PVT)Ltd on year 2014 beginning, an experienced Manufacturing professional in the lingerie field. Counting more than 17 years of hands on experience in Garment Manufacturing Industry. Responsible to Develop, implement, sustain and improve effective strategies and procedures thereby ensuring a smooth factory operation.

Wide experience also in quality assurance and, in all aspects of Garment manufacturing, planning, product range as per customer requirements. Expertise in effectively managing successful execution of orders, which entails all aspects of order processing and liaising with factories. Excellent relationship with customers based on commitment, promptness and quality of service. Knowledge across all fabric bases, thoroughly understand the strengths and capabilities of garment factories in Sri Lanka, India and Cambodia.

Effective planner and strategist, with a successful record for developing systems and controls to minimize customer’s risk and maximize customer’s profits. Worked with cross functional teams like Production, IE, Operations, HR, Maintenance, Quality, Technical in diversified environments with strong sense of achievement with huge experience & knowledge on products of Marks & Spencer’s (M&S).
